Please read the information below before contacting us. We expect to be able to answer a number of questions.
Our return policy gives you the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. You are free to open the package and check its contents. However, it is intended that our products are returned unused and in their original packaging. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels on them.
Use the return form in the packaging of your order. If you no longer have it, you can download this form here. Fill in this form completely and send it along with the products to be returned. As soon as we receive the product, we will contact you.

Do you get the message ‘Payment failed’ at the checkout at the payment? Then delete the cookies, use an alternative browser or choose a different payment method. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does the website indicate that the order has failed, but has the amount been debited from your account? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can place your order manually. Send us a screenshot of the payment so we can deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
The invoice of your order will always be included in the order confirmation. This can also be found in your account. Can’t find the order confirmation? No problem. Please contact us and we will send you the invoice manually.
It takes 1-4 working days for our products to arrive. If you have not received the products after 5 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Would you like to change the delivery address of your order? This is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Have you already placed your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Then we will check if we can still change the delivery address. Haven’t placed your order yet? You can always change your delivery address in your account or in the order!
With a Base Clothing account, placing an order becomes easier and faster. Your address is automatically filled in and you can always find your orders.
